ACCESS STATEMENT
Chardonneret & Héron
The gites are approached from the driveway. Luggage can be unloaded outside the gites. Parking is directly outside the entrance to the gites. Access to the cottages is via a paved patio with an even surface.
Both ground-floor gites are suitable for wheelchair dependant guests. Hibou is a first-floor apartment, accessed by an exterior staircase and is therefore unsuitable for wheelchairs.
Hibou
The gite is accessed by a stone staircase. There’s a metal safety rail to your right. Secure parking is available at the foot of the access stairway.

Chardonneret
Entrance: Ground level, slight raise over metal lip. Doorway 762mm wide.
Kitchen : Worktop height 870mm. Drop down oven door.
Bathroom/WC: Ground floor. Door 900mm wide. Shower over bath, handles. WC has drop down rail on r/h/s looking away from the WC.
Sitting Room/Dining Room: Doorway 925mm wide with 1 two-seater sofa, table and two dining chairs.
Remote control TV (UK FTA), video, DVD and CD. Wi-Fi available on patio area only due to thickness of walls and distance from router.
Light switches and power points all at sensible height.
Good mobile phone reception.
Direct access to patio area from sitting room. Patio area is fully flagged, with an even surface and has a stone BBQ & garden furniture.
Héron
Entrance: Ground level, slight raise over lip. Double doorway 1031mm wide.
Bathroom/WC: Doorway 900mm wide, bath standard height with flexible shower over. WC has a drop down rail to the right hand side, looking away from the WC. The bath has a grab rail fitted to the wall, on the right hand side as you look at the taps.
Kitchen: Doorway 900mm wide. Worktop height 870mm. Drop down oven door.
Sitting Room/Dining Room: Doorway 762mm wide with 2 two seater sofas (sofa bed).
Access to patio area from Sitting Room. Double French doors (1031mm) with slight lip. Patio area is fully enclosed with a flagged even surface and padlocked rear gate.
Bedrooms all ground floor. No steps. Slight ramp to double bedroom.
Bedroom 1: Doorway 900mm wide, one double bed. Wheelchair space all around the three sides of the bed.
Bedroom 2: Doorway 900mm wide, one single bed, one bunk bed.
Remote control TV (UK FTA), video, DVD and CD. Free Wi-Fi.
Light switches and power points at sensible height.
Good mobile phone reception.
WiFi available.
